These terms apply when you use this website or work with SET Digital Solutions, a trade name of AI Automation Network LLC, Waldorf, Maryland ("we"). A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms.
The free Store Snapshot
The snapshot is a free review of your store from the outside, sent by email. It is general guidance, not a promise of results, and there is no obligation to buy anything.
Paid services and payment
- Prices are shown on our site or in your proposal. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform.
- One-time projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
- Monthly plans: 3-month minimum, then 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- The Store Audit fee is credited to any project you start with us.
Audit guarantee
If the paid Store Audit does not give you at least 10 specific fixes you can act on, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the audit fee.
No guaranteed results
Sales depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings or ad results. We commit to clear diagnosis, careful work and honest monthly reporting.
Your accounts and work
Your store, ad accounts, email lists and data stay in your name. Once paid in full, the work we create for you is yours. We may show work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Your part
You give us the access and information we need, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Delays in access can move delivery dates.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
