What we collect

What you send us: your name, email, phone (optional), store link, monthly sales range and anything you write in a form or email.
Booking details when you schedule a call.
Calls with our AI assistant or with us: a recording and transcript, only after you agree at the start of the call.
Basic site data such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and measure what helps visitors.

How we use it

To prepare and send your Store Snapshot, reply to you and run the call you booked.
To send follow-up emails about your request. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To send text messages, only if you ticked the consent box. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
To improve our service, for example by reviewing call transcripts.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share text-message consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run our forms, calendar, email, calls and website (for example HighLevel, Google Workspace and Google Meet). They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are in contact or working together, and for as long as needed for records and legal duties. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop all messages. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
